Should the customer organise their own transport for their containers, then transport must conform with our Health & Safety guidelines and follow instructions from the loading operator at all times.

Non conforming operators will be turned away and asked to leave the depot. In such cases The Customer will remain solely liable for any resulting charges.

The customer must also contact CubeX’s Dispatcher to book in a time for container collections.

Trucks which arrive without a booking may either be required to wait, or be turned away.

Delivery of containers are within their listed locations only, ie. Christchurch-listed containers will only delivered within Christchurch, Dunedin only within Dunedin.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up from our Cromwell, Wanaka and Greymouth depots. We can arrange for this to be delivered for you.

For containers listed in Christchurch we charge a flat delivery free of $245+gst for the ChCh Metropolitan area, hill sites and outside of this area will be at a different rate.
