• Price Match Promise is only valid for 24hrs from your enquiry.
• Price Match Promise does not include typographical errors.
• Price Match Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice.
• Price Match promise applies where the competitor’s final price, is lower than ours.
• Price Match Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other CubeX Containers offers.
• Price Match Promise does not apply to any special orders made for a customer.
• Price Match Promise is valid only when dealing with CubeX Containers direct, does not include any other purchase made via any other website.

Competitor must have container in stock at the same location, be available for immediate purchase and be of the same colour, type, and specification.
Our competitor must be a New Zealand Business and be registered for GST.

Commercial quantities are excluded from Price Match Promise. Limit of one container per client.

To be eligible for our Price Match Promise, you must present to us, either an advertisement, website details or an authorised written quote from an eligible competitor for us to fulfil the price match.

CubeX Containers reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price.

Exclusions from Price Match Promise:

• Stock liquidations. (Occasionally our competitors will decide to sell a particular product at a heavily discounted price to clear that stock. Sometimes stock liquidations occur when a business is closing or no longer wishes to stock a particular line of product).
• Special quotes for preferential clients.
• Any special equipment, eg DG, Openside, tri door, modified or 10ft containers.
• Any quote that CubeX deems to be of a commercial quantity.

Transport: Is not included, CubeX Containers will arrange delivery at clients’ cost. Sorry “No” pickups.

Payment: Via Online Banking only. Containers are released from our depot when full payment has been received by CubeX.
